Register with us as a New Patient

We welcome anyone to register with us who lives within the practice area -if you are unsure please check with the reception staff for details of the exact boundary, as we unfortunately cannot care for people who are outside this area. Sadly this also includes existing patients who move outside the area – our area is comparatively very large but we have to set limits, especially as we may need to visit you at home.

Acceptance on to the list is at the discretion of the Doctor and we may ask you for proof of your address.(Please refer to our registration policy below and why we ask for this).

It helps us if you know the details of your existing GP and your NHS number. It can take several weeks for your notes to arrive from your home doctor, so please upload or bring any relevant information with you. You will need to have a review with your new GP or practice Pharmacist before you can receive any prescriptions.

It is is important to note that you can only permanently register with a GP practice if you’re staying in the area for more than 3 months.

Register online

Our online registration form will collect your details, a brief outline of your medical history and record your preferences. This information may be added to your record and will allow us to begin to provide you with medical services.

Unless you are contacted by the practice you can assume that you have been registered after 3-5 working days.
