Advice:
If you require a letter to state that you have been ill, and this falls out with the “Self- Certify” scheme, or you have been asked to provide this, a fee will be charged.
Please check with the receptionist how much you will need to pay, as this is a Non-NHS service, the Practice is entitled to charge you.
Your letter will normally be ready within 5 to 10 working days, (this maybe longer during periods of annual leave or illness).
